The quick detach medium tripod adjusts from 6" to 43" when fully extended. This tripod is stable, versatile, light weight and collapses to 14" for easy carry within a ruck or lashed to your gear. Tripod features a compact ballhead with quick release. Tripod comes in a factory gun metal gray finish. Upper leg sections are foam covered for comfort and ease of handling. The SSP-1 is a good fit for most standard rifle stocks to include HS Precision PSS stock and McMillan A1, A2, A3, and A4 stocks. The SSP-1 cover is available in OD Green, Coyote Brown, Crye Multicam or Black. The tripod, when coupled with an SSP-1 provides a stable shooting platform from the low prone to the high kneeling. The tripod ballhead allows the shooter to quickly adjust the angle or target line of their rifle to quickly provide a stable shooting platform.
Medium QD Tripod packages include one connector plate and a carrying case. Additional connector plates are sold separately.
